A good photograph is knowing where to stand.

Shooting with a Canon Xti and a variety of lenses I use natural light whenever possible and fill flash and reflected light when I must.

The shots I enjoy the most are shots that capture the beauty and essence of a thing. With nature shots we have beauty, essence and no worries about model releases.

I began shooting as a freelancer in the fall of 2007 and has since been published hundreds of times in dozens of publications.

By using a combination of image stabailzed, fast camera, fast len and long lenses, I can shoot most indoor events with little or no flash to capture your event, not be a part of your event or be in the way of your enjoying your event.
